My mother in law, demanding we make a key to OUR house for her. We only have one key and don't need another, for good reason. She likes to let herself into our home when we aren't there or just walk in unannounced. I'm just so annoyed. She is overstepping boundaries. She's about to get cut off from seeing my son when he is born. She also demands to be in the room during the birth 😂😂😂😂 Bitch is crazy.

@tmariewein, That's sad.. You've actually wanted a relationship but she's so self centered and controlling it sounds like she just doesn't care.. Unfortunately people like that most times nothing that can be done they are who they are and it'll never change. Maybe I have a short fuse but I don't think I'd have that kind of patience or calmness about someone acting like that towards me, but at least through your pregnancy id try to distance yourself from her a bit till things cool down and you get settled with the baby
@ftmbabyboy11, he only corrects when she steps out of line this extreme. Normally she'll have little bullshit to say here and there but nothing this bad. She is so toxic, but more than anything, I want a good relationship with her. She on the other hand, doesn't care about any type of relationship with me

@tinyram09, you are absolutely right! I had to go off on her about it, and told her she isn't welcome here without my permission and another key will not be made whatsoever. I'm just so frustrated about her. when she sent that my husband got on my phone and texted her but he wasn't as mean as I would have liked him to be. So then I texted her all my rules and pretty much told her to fuck off 😂😂 then she pulled the "oh I was just kidding" card and tried to say that I'm making her feel like a piece of shit! I was like Wtf?!

@ftmbabyboy11, I think you're right, distance would be the best. I just feel guilty because I don't want my husband to think that I'm trying to push her away from him! She's just such a deadbeat mom. I had my brother in law (who just turned 18) living with us because she wanted to go live with a boyfriend an hour away. Luckily for me (because my BIL is a jerk who doesn't respect his home/ me / his brother) my BIL moved out and now lives with his other brother, but still! I had to go through hell and back to get my house back to ourselves because she didn't feel like being a mom
