and yeah, I read between 4-8mo they'll actually hold ot and pick it up to put back in their mouth @andrrea .. My LO is 4mo, she'll hold the bottle for like a minute then drop it... she likes to move her arms and hands alot when eating, just doesn't wanna keep still so its hard trying to get her to hold it.
my boys learned quick to hold their bottle. they were always so hungry they would barely wait for Me to lower it to their mouth before they tried grabbing at it
My daughter is the same till this day, CANNOT sit still, pushes her bottle away at time so I understand, every child is different, as I see it she will do it when she's ready. My husband and I try but she just smiles like she knows what to do but is taking her time.

7 months and still trying! Lol holds it but doesn't put it up to drink it.
