is it okay if I was to drink a caffeine free pop while breastfeeding?

@cubanese, lol I kno coke isn't caffeine free , I was just giving an example of what a pop is..

pop is just any kind of soda lol @cubanese but yes! I drink soda all the time pregnant and breastfeeding lol. probably not the healthiest thing for me or the baby but once in a while is fine

as long as it doesn't bother your baby. I like only drink soda and my daughter is just shy of 11 months breastfed

Yes just watch to see if baby gets gas. My daughter used to get gas when I drank carbonated drinks
