It's pretty normal to swell after birth...unfortunately you will sweat it all out and i mean like change your sheets kind of sweating it's gross but it's all the extra water you retained. Can't do much but ice and very low sodium diet

any mommies out there that doesn't have any swollen fingers, legs and feet? i always check my fingers, legs and feet if they are swollen. but until now, nothing. im 31 weeks and i know i supposed to have those already. just wondering if its normal and if thats ok?
When you sleep or just laying around keep your feet above your heart. I slept for maybe 2 nights on the couch with my feet and legs resting on the back and by the third day all my swelling went away and never came back.
