It looks like an allergic reaction to me. My son had something very similar when he was a tiny tot, it was easy to see once the doctor pointed out it followed the line of his clothing he wore and was know where else. It was a fabric softener i started using.

When my son got it I just let him be in a diaper while at home and when I put on clothes I would put lighter ones on. It went away fully in a week.

Can they suddenly develop an allergy? We've used the same soaps since she was born @jjsmommyjj711

How do I help that? I thought it might be so I took of her clothes and she had water. @whitney
