I did use one and still do but I don't think I used it often enough. it felt good while wearing it tho

I used the wrap thing they gave me in the hospital only to help with the pain though. They told me it helps you lose weight but I didn't care I just wore it for 3 days then took it off.

@livd15, @siababy did you guys use a corset or anything if that sort if so did it work?

I had my son 2 months ago and I still have my flab of course lol and my incision is dark purple still

I'm almost 5m pp and my line has been gone about a month but my scar is still pretty red
