So lately my nipples have been hurting so much! To the point where I can't sleep at night because if I lay on them they really really hurt. Is there anything you ladies recommend that I can use to help ease the pain??
So its really over between me n him. Im angry n hurt. He block me from reaching out to him. Im so upset. So i want him to be punish for hurting me. What should i do? I am not feeling too well when I walk it hurts so bad in my vagina and on the side i feel like if I had a bruise but I already checked and it's not I'm really worried preggies ;(
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

Yea. or warm shower. I have these gel filled things that look like ice packs that I warm up that are meant for soothing tender breasts when breast feeding and they help alot. I had a blocked duct last week and it made such a difference

This has been my life saver! You can use it too if you decide to breastfeed. It takes the pain right away.
