I've been having so many close back to back contractions for the past few days but no cramping or bleeding, I wonder what this can be??

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Think we will be back in Oklahoma in a couple weeks so excited to go back home 😂😂🥴🤞🏼
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩

Braxton hicks with a hint of real contractions, dilating and baby bearing down getting ready to move out its all normal but if you see blood or can't bear the pain anymore go to the hospital cause u may be in labor are you dilated any????

@supermommy31082, yeah I was dilated 1 centimeter 1 week ago then a few days later I was dilated a little more but my dr didn't say how much exactly, I have a appointment tomorrow so I was just going to wait until then?
