Big Rant. Sorry not sorry. I'm sooo sick of people telling I 'need' to work full time till the baby comes.. That we 'can't' afford for me to go part time.. And that they 'know' how hard it is.. Excuse me.. When you were pregnant and working you had a desk job.. All you did was sit.. I work at a daycare.. Constant bending and lifting of the kids, constant on and off the floor.. Some of those kids are way over the weight limit that I'm supposed to lift.. We have more then enough money for me to go part time or even stop early.. You don't know what's in my damn bank account.. Chris is just over dramatic about shit.. We have the money to pay you we just thought it would be more important to get the last bit of baby stuff that we needed.. Can't take this shit anymore..

I had a miscarriage my first time getting pregnant. I didn't know I was pregnant and worked with huge two year olds that didn't potty on their own. Which means I had to pick their huge butts up

yep. that's exactly what I'm doing.. there's even some 4 years still in diapers due to mental issues.. but they try to tell me it's no big deal.. when each kid is 30-50lbs a piece.. then I come home and have constant cramping all night the days I work.. I'm sorry about your miscarriage

I would call your midwife or OBGYN and talk to them. If you don't feel comfortable working full time they can give you a recommendation to cut back to part time. Shove a professionals thoughts on their face lol

as much I hated it I pulled fmla at 15 weeks pregnant because I couldnt do it I moved home and gave up my apartment but at the end of the day I feel better at home

yea.. I'm going on 27 weeks and between to job itself and all the extra drama from the women that work there it's just getting too damn hard for me.. @kodinotjodi atleast you did what you knew was best for you

I worked retail at firearms and they wanted me to lift over 50lbs even though I had been at the hospital for contracting multiple times I had to get a Dr note just to have a chair to sit on. this was upper management. my supervisors are really cool and let me go home early once in awhile if I was in pain. one even had me take extra 15 minute breaks. I was part time but worked up to 40 hrs. Z I was high risk and one Manger had the nerve to tell me not to go into labor cause we had a sale coming up.....sorry can't help when I go into labor....people are stupid

@babizehm16, they are... and it's his family saying all this so the fiance won't stick up for me.. so I'm alone.. that sucks. I would of said fuck you and walked out.. but that's just me

my sister in laws were the same. when I married their baby brother. he now sticks up for me. I hope it gets better for you. they will have to learn to mind their own business and sometimes you have to speak up. especially if they don't understand your situatiom

I no how it is I forced myself to go as long as I possibly thought my body could take it (I work with special needs kids in a middle school) and I finally told the school Friday I am done till next school year my child's health and safety are more important than money
