So I'm getting my placenta capsuled anyways and now I'm thinking about doing a smoothie also at the hospital. It only has a teaspoon of the placenta in it and you can't even taste it! And I will be getting it no extra charge... 🤔🤔🤔

@mommyof5kayla, yeah cause u have to hire someone that does it! my lady is charging 145 so it's pretty pricey but to me it's worth it! and yeah the smoothie part of it or eating it raw has always freaked me out lol I just recently changed my mind after reading about it
do they charge to do that I've never done that before lol it sounds so gross but I know it's healthy lol
@lilmama22, they cut a teaspoon section of placenta and blend it in to a fruit smoothie. you can't taste it and you drink it a few hrs after birth

Ah, yeah spending the extra money is what makes me not want to do it. It's an added expense I just can't justify in my budget

@tarateller2010, Lol I know I've never questioned the capsule part cause it honestly just looks like vitamins or something but the thought of the smoothie or actually having it raw used to make me want to throw upppp lol but I've been reading more about it and I like the benefits of having it. And if I can't taste it then I'm in lol

@tarateller2010, it has tons of benefits! And due to hormones I've been struggling emotionally and mentally already. I'd do anything to try to prevent PPD cause my mom had it bad after me and my brother
