How long does it usually take a tooth to "blister" and pop through the gums after it starts coming…

How long does it usually take a tooth to "blister" and pop through the gums after it starts coming up? It's been almost a week since I've noticed the white line and felt the sharpness of the tooth poking through, still no nub yet though! This teething crap has been going on since 3 months and she is 8 months now and still drooling and biting all over EVERYTHING lol the waiting is killing me haha she doesn't seem too bothered by ut but she won't let me get more than a glimpse and pushes/pulls away when I stick a finger in there, so I can definitely feel the sharpness but can't assess it as thoroughly as I'd like 😜
