im a little person i weigh 97 lbs i just roll one by one thn use body wright to push the boxes. im not use to lifting heavy stuff most i can carry with no struggle is 20-30lbs ill need to have my dr give me a note.. @annawesomelife @ginnalynn @hlanc4 @mama_icie @mommytobe1992 @nadeah @nelly1991

That's to much to lift... But if you feel comfortable then do it.. But he should have asked someone else to do it

@moniimariee, I'd put each melon away one at a time then! My dr told me up to 25lbs but I do more Han that also and am just fine just lift properly and don't push self!

I still lift 80-110 lbs of Army gear daily at 32 weeks pregnant. my OB said if you were used to lifting before pregnancy, then lifting throughout your pregnancy was fine as long as you feel you can still handle it.

if u were able to lift heavy stuff before u got pregnant... u should be fine at 7 weeks. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and still lifting a resident who is 150 pounds. and baby is just fine.
