@harranmommy, that's what my dad did, I was like are you kidding me 😑 I tried for over and hour and he came over and fixed it right up lol

I got so mad at mine once I just threw it in the back of my mine van all half ass collapsed. When I got home I told my husband it's a giant piece of shit & we need a new one. He collapsed it in like 10 seconds and put it away. Grrrr!!

@shayleesimmons, I'm not sure which one you have but of them you have to put the sides up before putting the bottom down. Like click the sides up in position and then push the bottom down in place. That's how the one I have works or the sides like won't click in place.
