Does It Look Like I Dropped ? Or How Do You Know When You Dropped ?

I dropped and you couldn't really see it. I knew it because I had PAINNN in only my lower abdomen right above my pubic bone and it felt like he was pushing down hard on me. it lasted from like 8pm to like 11am the next day, I had a Dr's appt that morning and ultrasound and they confirmed I dropped because in the ultrasound he was super low and I was measuring smaller than the week before on my Fundal height measurement
