I used a pound of hamburger meat 1/2cup of quick cooking oats finely chopped onion and bell pepper one egg salt and pepper mixed it all up put it in a loaf pan for the topping I used 1/3cup of ketchup and two tablespoons of light brown sugar and one tablespoon of mustard mix up and spread on the top of the loaf cook in the oven at 375 for one hour @mommyof10627
