HELP!!!!!!!Naomi on ranitidine which is a generic Zantac syrup and she pooped 4 times today the last time it was so runny she usually only poops once and it worrying me cause she struggled to poop earlier and pooped a hard ball idk what going on is this caused by the medicine

my daughter does that every once in a while poop balls then I give her warm apple sauce or juice and she poops about 2/3 times after and the last is always running , just make sure she stays hydrated and she should be fine

@motheroftwojk, thank you and everyone keeps telling me taking her to the ER but idk if that serious to take her to the ER but I'm gonna try that

Sound like she may be a lil constipated the medicine might be making her constipated or upsetting her stomach

@babykamya2016, I think so she just started the medicine Thursday which it worried me the day after she started it cause she pooped a very dark brown it looked almost black

Yeah that what it sounds like you could try giving her a lil pedialyte it may help @mommyloveshersweetdiva

your welcome my doctor always told me my daughter should poop at least 2/3 times a day. she should be OK as long as you keep her hydrated
