I just changed my daughter's diaper amd noticed this rash of tiny red bumps on her tummy, it's hard…

My son has had that and I literally said the exact same thing about not being able to see it very well in the picture. I never found out what it was, however he was in the sun a lot that day. Was your daughter in the sun at all? Maybe it's not even related to that. Good news is it went away within a few days and never came back. It didn't seem to bother him at all either!

I noticed it on my baby too and my mom said they were do to the heat and then sweating she told me to " maizena " pure corn starch

No she hasn't but I've been thinking about what she's been exposed to and I had recently changed her into the outfit she was in when she got it and I never noticed it before I changed her into that outfit. I decided to take it off and see if it helped because the rash wasn't under the diaper line. It been off now for a little while and I'm seeing it get better thank goodness@aboutellesbabe

Looks like heat rash! Give her a bath and leave her in a diaper for a lil bit!

My daughter has them on her face and they said it was this. Her doctor said it's possible too get it even months later. But it might be heat rash too
