😒😒😒 the only way Im comfortable is laying on my tummy but of course I get yelled at everytime I start to lay that way 😒😒

is it really unsafe to lay on your back during pregnancy? that's the only way I can lay at night and be comfortable.

I know your not suppose to lay on your back during pregnancy but what if ur not laying flat? I have pillows I prop up on and sometimes that’s the only way I can sleep. I don’t wanna harm my baby in any way!!!

jmedina Lay however is comfortable to you. You will KNOW if laying on your back cuts off blow

So my ankle is healed but now it’s so uncomfortable I can’t lay the way I want to and I’ve been having a hard time going to sleep 😫 I hate it
