make sure youre relaxed and baby has a good latch. practically push your whole boob in baby's mouth

Mine hurt for a long while after baby... 2 or 3 weeks maybe. It gets better though. I didn't do anything special but fix latch a little.

lanolin, warm compresses, and adjust latch. I promise it gets easier when your milk comes in

lanolin will only dry them out and make them worse. get this.Walmart sells it in the baby section
