clothes wise probably not much else. as long as you have enough basics you can always buy more. You never know what size they will be so don't want to buy too much in case they grow out of it quickly of they grow slowly/quickly and then it's for the wrong season ! otherwise... baby towels. snowsuit (don't know when you're due lol)
