I'm having pretty bad chest pains? like right below the sternum. is there anything I can do to help it?

it's in the middle and goes to my back. pretty much! I didn't sleep last night because of it

Would you say it hurts more on one side, or is it in the middle? And how bad is the pain?

I've taken my heartburn meds didn't help. it's been since last night just so bad. I feel like I can't breathe @jesterr

hmmm, o used to have a paid. in the same area, fpind out it was indigestion, and of course I thought... no way could that be indigestion but I ate a smoothie flavored tums and it worked. but that was just me XD
