Oscar is constantly straining and pushing like he's constipated and he pushes for hours before he actually poo's .. Gets himself all worked up 😩 I've tried infacol, cooled boiled water, cycling his legs and rubbing his tummy .. I don't know what else to try 😢
I have a question for you ladys.... when your husband is exhausted or really stressed does he cling to you more or pushes his self away.?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Caellum Shain, born June 2nd at 2:23 PM at 37+4. He's perfect, 6 lb 15 oz and 20 inches. He's been such a good baby, lots of sleeping and he has latched on quite a few times and sucked but he doesn't stay on long lol. Hoping he picks it up soon. It was a long labor, about 24 hours. He was born with the assistance of a vacuum because he did not want to come on his own, he had his head turned a way that no matter how much I pushed he would not get free. One push push with the vacuum and he was almost all the way out, one more push without it and there he was! It was a very hard labor, I opted for an epi after 10 hours when the pit and them breaking my waters was so painful that I started vomiting. I don't regret it because of how much longer it went on, everything took about 24 hours. Not my birth plan but I'm just happy he's here and it was vaginal.
son getting out of car seat So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small for them. Are they to stop him from pushing the chest clip down? I just want to know if these will help before I take it apart to put them back on.

I had this and swapped formula to hipp organic and she's loads better, when she's very upset (she has colic ) I give her a bit of gripe water, she's so much better now

My health visitor advised me not to change his milk @tam77 , aw I know @cookedsushi it would be so much easier if they came with a manual 😂 xxx

Thanks ladies @baby-2016 @tam77 @cookedsushi @tuftyturtle ill mention it again to the HV and see what she says is best to try, I'm formula feeding, using SMA! Just hate seeing him in pain and not be able to do anything xxx

Yeah I never wanted to give my baby sugar either so I used fennel water (the active ingredient in gripe water but obviously more concentrated so more effective ) it helps relieve stomach cramps and is a natural laxative. and such a young age a tiny bit should he enough. Like 10ml

He's pooing once a day, the health visitor did say it wouldn't be anything to worry about until he goes days without one! It's just horrible to watch him in pain and not be able to do anything, because once he finally poo's he's like a different baby, I'll mention it again at baby club and see what she says, sometimes he has a little blood in his poo's which the GP said was a tear from his straining so much but it's just not nice to see 😩 thanks though @cookedsushi xxx

Yes tried that, the health visitor told me to rub around his belly button in a clockwise motion but doesn't seem to have helped 😕 @cookedsushi xxx
