Hi all, new here. Not sure if I'm posting in the right place. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant today. I had an early scan at 7 weeks due to severe left sided stomach pains. Can you imagine my horror when I was told my pregnancy test at the early pregnancy unit was negative!! They weren't sympathetic at all and sent me for a blood test and then told me to go home. Later that afternoon I got a phone call from the nurse apologising as my hcg was 52,000!! The next day I was booked in for a scan and i got to see my little bean for the first time complete with heartbeat. It was amazing!!
