yup I'm a teen mom. did I plan to have a baby? yes. did i think it was gonna happen as soon as it did? no I thought I would of taken years if I could even have one at all. am I happy it happened? hell yes I wouldn't change it for the world. am I a bad mom because I'm young? I mean you might think so but I know I'll be amazing. will I do the same things you did or are doing? probably not everything does it make you a bad mom because you did things different than me? hell no if you take care of your baby and do everything you can to make sure the baby is okay and healthy in my eyes your amazing. we gotta stop knocking moms down. being a mom is hard as it is. (not to anyone on here was actually meant for a girl who said I was bad on Facebook )

I'll be 19 in May too, and I'm very responsible and loving. People like to judge because they are insecure about themselves. You're amazing 😊

@miicat, they truly do and I pray when they get pregnant no one says anything bad about them or to them and they get all the support in the world :) thank you your amazing too :)

I got married at 18 and started planning a baby then. Didn't happen and I thought things through and bettered myself and waited to have a baby. I was 20 soon to be 21 when I got pregnant with my first. People were still telling me I was too young. There's mothers who are in their 30s and abuse their kids and neglect them, while there's Teen Mothers who do everything for their kids and have a better life. I agree some teen parents aren't ready, as some older ones aren't either. Age doesn't determined if you're going to be a good parent or not. I agree mommy shaming seriously needs to stop, we should help each other.

I was told I couldn't get pregnant and did a week after turning 21, miracle babies are the best because we appreciate them more in my opinion, after being told I couldn't it made me want to be even more

@karennn, exactly! I planned on having a baby but we didn't think I could at all so we weren't preventing it and with in a year I was. God does things at the most random times but I'm happy to be pregnant at 18 almost 19. like you said age doesn't determine if you'll be a good mom.

@summer729, yes! I was told really young though I think I was 15 so of course I didn't want one then and when I found my husband we wanted one and we're getting ready to look into adoption
