How soon after being cut and stitched down there during labor did you guys take baths? My doctor never told me and I can't call and ask until Monday but I'm seriously dying to soak in the tub :/

They have an answering service that patches you through to the doctor if it's an emergency but they aren't nurses no :/ @shananaginsx

I was told no baths until the postpartum check up 😭 I've been needing one too

I always did sitz baths after tearing/episiotomy and stitches...

No bathes until your cervix closes back to prevent infection. My on said once I was no longer bleeding is pretty much when. Which was like a month for me and I had an emergency c section.
