Saline spray to help with the nose if congested

There are antibiotics that are safe for pregnancy unfortunately if you have an actual sinus infection that's usually the only way to treat it.

unfortunately no... the alternative is meds, which are way more dangerous during pregnancy... I recommend a neti pot (you sit over steam in a teapot type thing and breathe in deeply, it clears out your sinuses with 0 medication) or saline spray you inhale in the nose. Flonase and things are approved I think too but still medicine and still through the nose. good luck!
