@paisleighsmom, thanks yes I had to be induced cervix was so closed and it hurt like hell I never got an epidural with my other kids but with him I had no choice I was gonna die with them trying to make my cervix open so yeah get To walking have sex daily I haven't had sex in months that was my down fall I think

Oh. Well I go this Tuesday. I'm trying to walk every day to dilate me.

It depends I walked for like an hour and a half before that I went to the doctors I was 3cm than I walked up and down stairs Nd I was 5 cm when I went back

Walk up nd down stairs that made me dilate within an hour nd a half made me go into active labor

I'm 40 weeks Tuesday. I was at 1 cm dilated Tuesday & 60 % thinned. Im trying to dilate me more so hopefully I won't be induced. I walked 2 miles. & congrats though ☺️ @supermommy31082

yup but u need to start at 6 months cause i should have started earlier my son was 9 days late I just had him Yesturday was due last Wednesday lol
