Are any of you finding it difficult to get back into the swing of a work out routine? I'm struggling to find enough time to adequately work out. And it's frustrating me so much because I feel so frumpy.
Yes it's hard. I take what I can get these days. Sometimes it's 30 minute workouts, 4 days a week and then some weeks I can only do two days but one hour each. Once I stopped being hard on myself about reaching my weight loss goals, I was less stressed about it.
