Almost 10 weeks been having some pain on my left pelvic area and some white discharge no bleeding or anything doctor said baby's heart beat was 140 is that normal ?

I had the same thing ! My OB said it was my expanding uterus , or maybe even round ligament pains ! I still get it on and off and I'm almost 31 weeks . Congrats on your baby!(:

Yes the discharge is very normal it will be there up until you give birth
As long as you aren't bleeding, it is probably just your uterus expanding which can be pretty uncomfortable. Lots of discharge is normal.
a baby's heartbeat can be anywhere between 110 and 170 and be normal. My sons is usually 135-155 😊
