It's normal to have those thoughts and feelings. I haven't connected with this baby emotionally the way i did with my first born and 2nd born. my 3rd child it took a while longer too but I know once he's born I'll be in love with him :) you'll be fine too, don't feel bad for having those fears either, it's completely normal.

@cubanese, yeah that's how I feel but my baby dad was abusive and was never a father well after my first was a few months old he stopped being a father I wanted all my kids by the same dad and because my ex husband always wanted a boy it his makes me feel bad knowing now I'm having one but he was never a good dad tho he beat me I Dont know I feel a Lil bad

my girls dad isn't in their lives my my sons dad is very supportive and is very involved it's jus weird having a baby by someone else that's all, not saying anything wrong with my new SO its jus now I have two baby dads instead of one

It's normal to be worried when your family is expanding. Fears of caring for a child of a different gender can also cause worry because you are already familiar with caring for girls. As far as the worry about the dad being a differnt father from your girls, not sure if there is underlying issues with that......but try to relax. All of your fears can be causing you to not feel as connected. Spend time bonding with your baby. Read, play music, etc. I am on my 4th pregnancy. I have 3 boys right now. Going from 1 baby to 2 was harder than 2 to 3 in my opinion.

I'm his scared cuz its by a man other than my girls dad and its a boy I Dont feel anything with this baby like I did with my girls I felt a connection with my girls right away in my belly I Dont really feel it with this boy

I just had my third kid and I was scared too cause I thought it was gonna be hard having a 4 year old and 2 year old , and the baby but thankfully everything is going smooth .
