my mom tels me to give them tea aniz it looks like chia give them an oz of it when warm but that what my mom told me to do

how i check is when u press their tummys not hard but they dont like it you can tell they are uncomfortable

definitely not easy but breath in and out baby dont come with instructions yet you will find them you got this god know your a great mother
