theirmommy_3 if you don't feel any stinginess down their then I don't see a problem
carterclaytonb I did it at 4 weeks and was fine. I didn't tear or have stitches though.

HELP LADIES!!
3 days postpartum and I have swelling in my feet and ankles I've read that this is pretty normal but should I be worried that my right foot is way more swollen?! They don't hurt and they're not hot or red or anything just swollen!
