how do you cook steak I don't have a grill ,and I usually do it on the stove but sometimes gets dry

Heat garlic and butter in a frying pan. Pan sear the steaks doing 2 minutes on each side including the thin sides spooning the sauce on top the the steak to keep it moist. Should cook for about 11 minutes for medium rare

I put room soften butter on both sides then seasoning then cook it. I tenderize the crap out of it firet
