contractions feel like really painful cramps, I felt it worse in my back than anything. but I got an epidural and after that my labor was easy. I slept through most of it, I just had a hard time pudding because I couldn't feel if I was so they made the epidural wear off and I just felt a pop when she came out 😂

just had my son Yesturday afternoon and mind you this is my 3rd child but I'd never been induced before and my cervix was closed baby when I say I called Jesus to come and take me home yes ma'am that shit was horrid I've never got the epidural with my other kids fear of the needle well y Dr recommend I get it because she was gonna have to go and dam near open my cervix so I got the epidural best thing since sliced bread I ain't feel shit no more I pushed 3 times my son popped out thank god lol

I was induced at 41 weeks with my oldest (she's 10 now) I didn't get anything for the pain... To be honest I have a very high tolerance for pain anyway. I also felt no contractions until I was 8cm. Then once I got in the tub I flew to 10cm pretty quickly. After 13 hours from start to finish which included pushing her out I had my baby girl. 8lbs 11oz 21.5inches long. It was so awesome. With my twins I went into preterm labor a few times and ended up having them via csection at 37 weeks. I hated getting the epidural. I didn't feel anything after that and it took what seemed like forever to wear off. In fact once it did start wearing off they were forcing me to take Percocet... Which again once the epidural wore off I had no pain from the surgery. And would wait til they left to spit the Percocet into the toilet. I'm having a vbac this time around and again shooting for the goal of no pain medication.

When I had my first child I was 17 and quite new to everything didn't even know I was in labor I lived with my dad so when I woke him up cause of the pain he said to me is it like period cramps but ten times worse I said yup and that's when I found out I was in labor I had my daughter all natural no medicine cause a lot of times the medicine will slow your contractions and can even slow your dialating down and I'm like I just want this baby out I was in labor for 13 hours with her then with my son I didn't even realize I was in labor with him cause we were out and about all day came home at not quite 7 pm and had to be rushed to the emergency room they wanted to send me home I was only dialated to a 4 and when the nurse said im getting ur discharge papers ready I said u better check me again she did and was like o no I'm like what the doctor was on her way their thank golly she was running through the hospital when it happened I asked the nurse what was up she said ur dialated to a 10 and ur sons head is crowning quit pushing I'm like I'm not lets just say when my doctor got their two pushes and he was out !
