my ankles and feet swell up pretty bad and yet its nothing. if I'm active they swell but the min I'm laying in bed and actually resting, the swelling goes down.

How swollen? If they get to big you should call your dr. Cause ik preeclampsia has to do with feet hands an legs swelling up big
