So my boyfriend finally got paid and our bills were much lower because our roommates moved out. We were able to take about $100 and get groceries with it while still being able to have extra for gas for him to go to work for the next two weeks. I'm crying you guys. I'm so emotional right now. Anyone who has followed me for a while knows that for a while we haven't been able to afford much food and we don't qualify for EBT. It's been a long time since my pantry has been this full. I'm just feeling very thankful and very blessed at the moment. 😭😭💕💕

And this is the fridge and freezer. WIC did help as well and obviously a little bit of this was what we already had. I'm not trying to brag, I'm sorry if it seems that way. I'm just so overwhelmed. Normally we wouldn't even have enough to fill up one shelf...

@j.d-rose it really is a struggle. when he told me we were going to have extra money this time around I literally broke down and cried. I tried to get some things that will last us a little while just in case it's a while until we can go shopping again. I also started to learn how to make things from scratch because I think it'll be cheaper in the long run.

Ladies have y'all considered bountiful baskets. We love them and were on a conservative budget. We spend 50 dollars a month to feed my husband and I. I also go to Costco every other month and usually spend between 350-400 that's including some toiletries etc. bountiful baskets is 15.00 weekly but we get it biweekly bc our location doesn't participate every week. Then I have 10.00 on the off weeks to get us by till the follow basket. It's about 50 dollars worth of food for 15.00 doesn't get any cheaper than that. Follow me to see my baskets and food
