baby is running 101.4 fever I took her in yesterday to see if she has a ear infection and she didn't but today her fever is spiking and pulling at her ears even more. idk if she's pulling her ears due to teething or a ear infection. idk if I should take her to the ER or not
I think eliana is getting a ear infection.. She keeps pulling at both her ears, or it could be because she's teething again 🤔
So Calyssa has a major ear and throat infection that I would have known nothing about if I didn’t bring her to the doctors yesterday regarding fever she had 😔🙄 the doctor was shocked I didn’t realize she has an ear infection because it’s that bad and she hasn’t been crying or pulling at her ear or any weird stuff 😒so now she on antibiotics for 10 days ugh
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
Hey mommas I need some advice so I took my daughter to urgent care on Friday the 6th because she kept getting high fevers and they told me she has a ear infection and they gave her some amoxicillin for her ear infection and Motrin for her fevers so she has been on antibiotics for 3 days and she sounds like her ear infection is still there. My question is what would you guys do? She is fine for a little bit and then she does this stretching scream and idk what to do. It still seems like she is in pain and it's breaking my heart seeing her like this.
Babygirl has a 102.7 fever ! She’s NEVER had a fever before !!!!! What do I do ???? (She’s currently taking medicine for an ear infection idk if I can give her additional meds w/ that)

I would take her in or call the nurse advice line at your pediatrician office they should be 24hrs

I would take her to the ER if her temp gets to high it could be dangerous

yes shes eating a little bit at a time so she's making wet diapers but not her normal amount and she's super fussy @jennatess and @carterclaytonb I think I might just do that

I have been keeping an eye on her temp and it has not got over 101.4 since I have been giving her Tylenol @kajasmommy

That's good then I had to take my little to the ER yesterday because her temp was 104.4 but now I'm giving her Tylenol one hour and Motrin the next hour I've also learned if you take their temp under their you have to add a degree to but I hope your baby gets better @mrs.cravens

@mrs.cravens, if she's making less wet diapers, then I would be concerned about dehydration. If it's 102.0°, then I would definitely take her in… But until then I would call the care-line, like @carterclaytonb said.
