So my "best" friend did an invite for my baby shower on Facebook. I dont have Facebook but my husband does. She told me 2 months ago that she invited him to the event so he could invite his family to the invite on Facebook. Wasn't until yesterday with 2 weeks till my baby shower that I find out my husband isn't on the invite list.

My issues with this:

1.) I didnt want a baby shower in the first place. She insisted. 2.) Its a co-sex baby shower. Men and woman are coming but my husband. The father of my daughter and unborn child wasn't even invited to the baby shower. 3.) My other best friend went on the invite and listed everyone invited. They are all her family and friends. 4.) In the beginning I was told she was renting a building for the shower wasn't until I was going to send out paper invites like I insisted that I find out that the baby shower is going to be at a park. In May. Kill me now!

Now my husband is extremely hurt and I'm livid. I want to cancel the baby shower all together but everything I've insisted she won't listen to me about. I have had no idea on any detail to this party whatsoever. That would have been fine if it was a surprise baby shower but its not. Also my husband wanted to invite his guy friends but now can't because of some drama her family caused with his best friend. I don't even think my husband is going to the baby shower now and since none of his family is invited I'm thinking about having another baby shower just for them. So momma wanted no baby showers and now I'm going to have 2.
