I took it when my supply was low with my first daughter it definitely helped. You won't need it just bc you're breastfeeding tho. It's just to help boost the supply of you notice you're drying up a bit. The taste didn't bother me tho I added about a teaspoon of sugar and was good to go.

I would definitely let you know I went so many places to find this end up finding it at Ride Aide they only had two or three boxes left ugh ! @preggodesi

Fenugreek vitamins are good to take as well with that tea DEFINATELY WORKS!
