I have been so busy this month with everything going on, I'm planning my own shower too so that's taken up most of my time and my boyfriend works during the day so I had to find someone to take them in the evening and I was so scared I wouldn't have gotten them done before the baby came.

you're lucky someone else is planning yours ! if I were you, I would focus on planning your maternity pictures, a 3D ultrasound if you're getting one (I got one at 30 weeks and it was the best experience!), work on the nursery washing and putting clothes away, then you can work on your hospital bag at around 35-37 weeks.
your Pregnancy will go by fast. mine sure did. That's basically all you should worry about for now. 😊
I've asked my boyfriend multiple times to rearrange my room for me and he never did -.- so annoying. so one morning, I started nesting and took matters in my own hands. 38 weeks pregnant, I moved my queen box spring and bed by myself, put the changing table in and the baby's drawers. I was tired of waiting. probably shouldn't have done it. but I knew it wouldn't get done if I didn't.
