I finally tried some ginger candy @canaryv but it was all natural & the ginger flavor tasted like dirt 😝 of course everyone is different! This weekend I tried the preggy candies which are like the pops but in hard candy. The flavors of these have helped because of the sourness. Not sweet at all. I hope something helps!! 😀❤️

They never helped me @canaryv I tried them they taste great and all just not strong enough to really help you know

Minty gum helps me but I hate how the mint taste stays in your mouth for a really long time making everything taste funny. My nausea came in really early at around 4-5w and shad progressed to an all day thing. I really hope it doesn't come to medicine but we shall see@kandl

You should, they may help you. I mean I didn't LOVE the taste but they did help with the Nausea

preggie pops made my stomach upset. i tried everything ginger, ginger ale, peppermint, crackers... i had to be prescribed medicine. but i was sick from 6 weeks on the dot to 5 months

I used prego pops I think that's what their called I got them at once apon a child worked wonders
