yes they usually will give you a questionnaire in office but many times they just go off your symptoms so be honest if you're having a hard time getting out of bed or crying all the time or hopeless etc @babyt16 2@xoxoalexusss

I have never been diagnosed by a medical professional though. it was in high school that a teacher and I talked and came to the conclusion. so how do I tell him? just say I think I have depression? or do I need to go through some sort of screening? @sparklymama
