Still trying to debate breast feeding with myself . Of course my boyfriend wants me to because he's "anti disease" but I honestly don't want to . I tried it with my son & had to get a silicone nipple just so he could latch on . It got frustrating & he wasn't eating so I stopped after a week & a half . At the end of the day , if do or don't want to breastfeed, it should be my decision right ?

At least try it. It won't hurt to try. It's better for the baby. If it doesn't work that's fine but at least you tried.

Don't feel pressure to do anything you don't want. It's your body. If you don't feel like it's going to work and it'll be too stressful for you its ok. If you want to try later you still can. But there is nothing wrong with saying no I don't want to breastfeed.

@ftm2babyc, I just like the idea of being able to swaddle him while feeding him . But I mean I can swaddle while feeding him a bottle too . Decisions . @ftm2babyc

yes very true, if anything just try it, just because it didn't work with your first doesn't mean it won't work with this one. ya never know.
