My back is really hurting I know I'm not having contractions but just a constant pain in my lower back I'm 37 weeks 5 days and pressure has anyone started labor like this???

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?

Those can be contractions it's called back labor
