Best Birth Control for after the baby comes? (Not the arm implant) :)

I am aiming for paraguard or mirena this time. before I got pregnant (at 3 months PP) We were using condoms and spermicide, didn't work lol. I was waiting to start my pill. so I'm making sure this time I am covered.

I'm going on the cervical cap or diaphragm whichever they offer at my obgyn. condoms mean while.

I use to be on nexaplon ,Meh didn't work out for me..nuva ring is a good one I liked it .

Nexaplon I miscarriaged on so I definitely don't want that one again 😔 I haven't heard much about the cervical cap or paraguard?
