Did anyone have a stalled labor then it picked back up? I was in early labor for 8 hours and had my bloody show then it stopped. What did you do to pick things back up?

naturalgalt 1-38weeks, 2 & 3- 37weeks
alisialittles03 1st-41+2, 2nd-39, 3rd-37, and my fourth I will be 39 weeks

I'm not getting any signs that this baby is trying to come up. Did anybody experience no bh or labor signs then once they hit the end just went into labor? Isn't it supposed to build up?? Nothing is happening 🤦♂️
