how far along are you? I read these test are conducted at 20 weeks but I believe I'm having the same test at 12 weeks

@cchukhman, what ur talking about r 2 completely different things. @kiacalli is getting her anatomy scan which is the ultrasound where they check to see if baby is developing correctly and to see if ur having a boy or girl. What ur talking about getting done at 12 weeks is a blood test they do to test for stuff wrong with the baby that also can show the gender of the baby. Not everyone gets the blood test done bc it is super expensive unless insurance pays for it, but insurance only pays for it if they think something is wrong with baby or something and the test is medically necessary.
