@mommy_of_two1994, no problem I'm glad it broke cuz it's scary when they get the febrile seizures from the fever

She just turned 2. Thank You mommies. I called Her doctor in the morning and took Her in to get Her checked out it seemed like with Motrin She felt a little better and She was able to sleep for more than an hour. Passed by the store and grabbed some Pedialyte. Hopefully She feels better💜 @spayanes85 @mommy_of_two1994 @jodymelgar @savvylynn1

I'd take her to the er because if it won't break she can get seizures from it. That's why they say to take a baby as soon as you notice a fever

Really try to break her fever coming if u can't take her to the er cuz my daughter couldn't get hers to break and she had a febrile seizure from the fever

how old is your daughter? i used to use infant motrin (just like tylenol but a bit stronger) and it helped my sons fever breaks out if she is still worse in the next 3-4 hours take her in thats a high fever and i hope she gets better soon :) keep trying to give her powerade, and water.

every 3-4 hours. if her fever doesn't break, then take her to the ER. she should be fine tho and stay hydrated! good luck!!

@mommyof2princessesp, no they aren't the same. They counteract each other and help to break the fever.

Isn't tylenol and ibuprofen the same? or is it stronger?

rotate between Tylenol & Ibprofen to try to break the fever before taking her to the ER.

Yess last night I gave Her a bath and tylenol before bedtime and She woke up worse than yesterday. I have being giving Her powerades and liquids to keep Her hydrated but that hasn't helped either.

have you gave her tylonel and tried to break it? they only want you to bring her in if you have tried everything to break the fever and it's still not breaking.
