MY STORY: my husband up and left and took my 2 boys ages 5 and 3 to Hawaii . He hasn't came back then he had me served with divorce and custody. My husband got another woman pregnant he's barley known for less than 5 months . Him and his mother think I'm so dumb but I already have done everything I need to with my motions we had court on the 20th he didn't show up. I did over the phone conference. I even called him and he said he wasn't going . And everything I mean everything I send him he returns to sender and his dumb ass returned a court order . Judge is giving him one more chance to show may 11th and wants me to serve him again . I pray to GOD he doesn't show up again and that he finds it in his heart to give me my sons.

good luck girly! we are going through basically the same thing with my step son. may 10th is her last chance to show . we haven't seen him in 10 months :( she moved changed her number and won't cooperate.

He was grade A abusive and we went through so much. It got so bad I wanted to end one of our lives for it to stop . I finally found the strength to get up and leave . He's a great dad just was the worst husband. Hit me while I was pregnant it got serious except leaving ment I had a choice . No matter how much I loved him. I'm glad I'm gone from him I'm so glad he's in love with someone else cause I almost died loving him.

why did you let him take them?? @nikkimolano1 could you not have called the police???? or a family member for help?!!! That is kidnapping weather he is the father or not!! he can't do that by LAW!! Unless the children were in danger being with you!! Legally in the state of California that is a crime!!!

I'm praying for you and that your sons get home safe to you. as soon as possible. I'm a string believer in karma and he might be all in love with his new found love, but things find will find themselves back to him.. in the form of his new baby mama. just sit back and watch as karma come at him full force... enjoy your babies and god will find someone perfect for you when the time comes. god bless you and your babies.

@lezlie527, me too . His mom is behind him 100 % and it's crazy they tried to convince my older son Edward a lot but when we talk he says your my mom and I won't ever forget that and I tell my brother so he doesn't either . I always tell my son me and his dad are trying to fill papers out and then I will be able to see him. He fully understands and my son won't ever stop loving me he's smart and they can't convince him of anything
