your boobs will be 2 times the regular size and when they get full they feel hard and are tender. I always feel better when I pump. I tried breastfeeding through the boob and my daughter wasn't latching on correctly so I just stayed with pumping. my nipples are feeling 100 tines better than before lol

If you don't fel full, look at your baby. I never got the engorged or full feeling, but knew when my milk ca, e in because my daughter had this drunk look on her face

You'll feel fuller. It takes anywhere from 2 to 7 days, wi th a csection it can take 10 days.
